Kṛṣṇa’s Loving and Responsive Cooperation
The Absolute Truth is not a static or unfeeling energy, but a dynamic, supremely conscious person who deeply loves His parts and parcels. Śrīla Prabhupāda beautifully explains this relationship through the concept of Kṛṣṇa's responsive cooperation. The Supreme Lord does not force anyone to love Him; rather, He patiently waits for the conditioned soul to turn back toward Him. When a living entity voluntarily chooses to serve, Kṛṣṇa immediately reciprocates, guiding them from both within and without. This reciprocation is always perfect and proportionate to the individual's degree of surrender. Proportional Response to Surrender
The central mechanism of Kṛṣṇa's interaction with the living entities is described in the Bhagavad-gītā as ye yathā māṁ prapadyante. The Lord does not play favorites, but He naturally reciprocates with the exact degree of surrender and devotion offered by the individual soul.
- As we turn our face towards Krsna or the Supreme Lord, He also responds in proportionately.
- In responsive cooperation, the Lord reveals Himself in proportion to one's surrender. That which is revealed to one who fully surrenders is different from what is revealed to one who surrenders partially.
- In the Bhagavad-gita (4.11) it is said, ye yatha mam prapadyante tams tathaiva bhajamy aham. There is a responsive cooperation between the Supreme Lord Krsna and His devotees.

Reciprocation with Sincerity and Affection
Kṛṣṇa cannot be purchased by wealth, intellect, or ritualistic prowess, but He is easily conquered by sincere affection. He responds to the proportion of a devotee's love, providing help from within the heart and through the external guidance of the spiritual master.
- As soon as you become sincere, Krsna responds from within. If you want Krsna, or God, sincerely, then the help will come two ways: from without, from within.
- Krsna is very responsive. He responds in proportion to the devotee's advancement in devotional service.

Voluntary Cooperation and Divine Action
The Lord descends to teach the Bhagavad-gītā and explicitly asks for our cooperation in His mission. When we respond to His call, as Arjuna did on the battlefield, our actions are no longer material but become blessed and transcendental.
- Anyone who voluntarily cooperates with Krishna's desire He responds to his call very eagerly. Krishna descends to teach us Bhagavad-gita begging our cooperation and anyone who cooperates with Him becomes blessed.
- Bhagavad-gita declares the Supreme Lord is responsive in proportion to the devotional service rendered by the devotee. Akrura thought that Krsna was like the desire tree in the heavenly planets, which gives fruit according to the desire of the worshiper.
- If one does whatever Krsna says, his activities are not material. For example, when Arjuna fought in response to the order of Krsna, his activities were not material.
- The devotees, or Vaisnavas, are the most compassionate, saintly souls, and thus they ardently desire to deliver the fallen living entities. The Supreme Lord always responds to the desires of these Vaisnavas.

Kṛṣṇa is not a dead or impersonal force; He is the supreme living being who is very affectionate toward His devotees. He reciprocates through His beautiful music for the gopīs in Vṛndāvana and continues to respond today through His merciful form as the Deity in the temple.
- Krsna comes as arca-vigraha, a form conveniently presented by the Supreme Lord in order for us to see Him. The result is that if we concentrate upon the image and make offerings with love and devotion, Krsna will respond through the image.
- Krsna continued, "If I can very easily be approached by them, they might think, 'Krsna is so easily available.' So sometimes I do not respond."
- Our Krsna is not a dead God as with other things. He is the supreme living being and very affectionate to His devotees. He is the responsive cooperator with our activities. So stick to His lotus feet as advised by Lord Caitanya.
