En este verso se describen las ropas y la naturaleza omnipresente de la Suprema Personalidad de Dios. El Señor Se viste con ropas amarillas, pero esas ropas nunca deben considerarse materiales. Las ropas del Señor también son el Señor. No son diferentes del Señor, porque son de naturaleza espiritual. Con la palabra sarva-bhūta-nivāsāya se aclara que el Señor Viṣṇu vive en el corazón de todos y actúa como testigo directo de todas las actividades del alma condicionada. En el mundo material, el alma condicionada tiene unos determinados deseos y actúa conforme a ellos. La Suprema Personalidad de Dios es testigo de todos esos actos. Eso lo confirma también el Bhagavad-gītā (15.15):&lt;br /&gt;

«Yo estoy situado en el corazón de todos, y de Mí vienen el recuerdo, el conocimiento y el olvido». El Señor está en el corazón de todos, y da inteligencia a la entidad viviente. Conforme a los deseos de la entidad viviente, el Señor la hace recordar u olvidar. Si la entidad viviente es demoníaca y desea olvidar a la Suprema Personalidad de Dios, el Señor le da la inteligencia para que pueda olvidar al Señor Supremo para siempre. Del mismo modo, cuando un devoto desea servir al Señor Supremo, el Señor, en Su forma de Paramātmā, le da la inteligencia para que progrese en el sendero del servicio devocional. El Señor es el testigo directo de nuestras actividades, y percibe nuestros deseos. El Señor Supremo nos da lo que necesitemos para actuar del modo que deseamos.&lt;br /&gt;
